My stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai was truly lovely, highlighted by very nice customer service and a fantastic location. The spacious suite offered stunning views of Dubai, especially at night, and the pool area was both clean and well-managed. However, I did face some minor inconveniences during my arrival, but the overall experience was positive.
