acceptable but disappointing
slow resolution staff inefficiency
the location was convenient with easy access to nearby amenities.
Upon arrival, i was informed my reserved room was not ready, causing a significant delay. It took over an hour to get this resolved, affecting my schedule. the staff did not seem particularly empathetic or efficient in handling the situation, frustrating.

decent stay
great location lovely pool really good breakfast delayed room cigarette smell street noise
the location is quite convenient, close to the airport and the metro. it made traveling around the area simple. the pool area was particularly lovely with attentive staff. breakfast was fantastic and offered a good variety of options.
my prebooked room wasn't available until 5pm. the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. noise from building works woke me up at 2am.

fruit availability attentive staff long wait cigarette smell
The breakfast had many options including Western, Middle Eastern, Asian and Continental choices. I liked that fruits were available for taking away. That was useful. The staff were very attentive, from reception to housekeeping. Everybody tried their best to fulfill my requests.
The hotel location is good but it is a ten-minute walk from the metro station. Our prebooked room was not ready until 5 PM. That was inconvenient. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room so we asked for another one. The change and wait took another two hours

Absolutely fantastic stay!
quick access spacious apartment rooftop pool
The metro station is a quick five-minute walk, providing easy access to attractions. I received a surprise upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment, it featured great space and design. The rooftop pool was perfect, with a consistently pleasant water temperature (it felt so good!).
I noticed that the gym equipment could use a little updating.

The beautiful room offered amazing comfort and included a king-size bed. I found the bathroom spacious, with two separate sinks and a modern rainfall shower that provided great water pressure.

Breakfast service was prompt. The staff ensured tables were cleared quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the attentiveness of the team at the club lounge. They catered to my needs with a high level of professionalism.

engaging staff premium location supportive staff friendly environment
I adored the engaging staff. they were so courteous and very helpful, tending to every need. the hotel's location felt premium, and valet parking made arrivals smooth. i especially enjoyed the supportive staff at a business meeting. Francis guided me expertly. the friendly environment really enhanced the experience.
The minibar's contents seemed a bit out of place. Its offerings clashed with the hotel's otherwise refined atmosphere.

My room had a floor-to-ceiling city view. It overlooked a busy highway, yet the sound insulation ensured tranquility. the room included useful amenities, promoting rest and productivity. it was really a comforting nest.

The hotel is close to the exhibition center. This. the metro is within walking distance, so exploration becomes effortless. the hotel location is definitely premium, offering many opportunities.
